We advise guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment so you can prepare for your treatment for the day. Prior to the treatment, we suggest you have a relaxing shower before the treatment for a more refreshing experience.
The appointments could be scheduled before your arrival on email. On your arrival, the appointment could be scheduled by getting in touch with us from your hotel room or at the spa reception itself. Appointments are subject to availability.
An advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or re-scheduling of appointments subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than three hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge on the treatment cost. Full charges will be imposed for a no show.
The spa has a team of trained receptionists and therapists who will assist you in deciding a treatment most suitable for you. You may also consult the spa manager.
The spa offers a wide range of treatments including massages, Ayurveda experiences, body scrubs and wraps, beauty treatments, yoga & meditation.
Our spa manager will assist you in booking treatments in the best possible sequence after considering your skin type and health assessment.
In case of special health considerations, a treatment suitable to the guest is offered. Do consult with the spa manager for more details.
We provide hygienic disposable briefs or guests may wear their own bikini or briefs. Our therapists use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
Can guests ask the therapist to accommodate personal preferences and/or adjust the treatment pressure to increase comfort?
