In the advanced sessions, classic asanas are practiced to achieve mental wellness. Under the guidance of our Yoga experts, intermediate and advanced practitioners will be exposed to numerous Prānāyāmās, mudra and bandha practices. These sessions will be concluded with a relaxation exercise.
