Prānāyāmā is a Yoga technique created to control your breathing and as a result increase the flow of energy within ourselves. This art of managing the intake and outflow of breath strengthens your lungs and helps you learn to find a balance between your nervous and pranic systems. The session will be concluded with a short relaxing meditation.
